Shopping: Choosing a product category in the menu will display all of the items in the category along with a photo. Each product will also have a "See Enlarged Photo" link, which when clicked will display a larger photo (clicking on the product photo will also take you to a larger photo. Most items require you to select one of our hand painted designs. Clicking the link "See Our Hand Painted Designs" will open a new window displaying our designs (again, you can see an enlarged photo by clicking the link or the photos). Enter the quantity you would like to purchase, then click the "Order Now" button to place the item in your shopping cart. The current contents of your cart will display. You may choose to "Keep Shopping" or to "Checkout". At any time you may change the contents of your cart by adjusting quantities or deleting items. You can view the contents of the shopping cart by clicking the Shopping Cart menu item.

Checkout: When you are ready to Checkout you will be asked for your shipping and billing information. An invoice will then display, print out a copy, and then complete your order. You will be given your Order Number, and your order will be saved to our system.

Payment Methods: We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express.

Shipping: All orders will be shipped UPS or the best way.

As our products come in many shapes, sizes and weights, we will calculate your shipping costs based on your complete order. This cost will be emailed to you prior to our processing your payment.

Shipping time varies with the size of the order since all pieces are hand painted to order.

Search: The search feature on this site allows you to search all of the products in our store.

Privacy: Your privacy and trust are important to us. We will not sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone.

Customer Log In: Registration allows you to log in using a username and password each time you place an order. This process will retrieve your account information. It also allows you to subscribe to our mailing list, and to receive announcements of new products and store specials. You can edit your account at any time.

Wholesale Requests: If you are a reseller and would like to view our Wholesale pages, please complete the Wholesale Request form. A password will be supplied to you.
